- 2 lbs pork belly
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced or crushed
- 5 pieces dried bay leaves
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp whole pepper corn
- 1 cup water
- salt to taste
- Combine the pork belly, soy sauce, and garlic then marinade for at least 1 hour
- Heat the pot and put-in the marinated pork belly then cook for a few minutes
- Add water, whole pepper corn, and dried bay leaves then bring to a boil. Simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour
- Put-in the vinegar and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes
- Add salt to taste
- Serve hot. Share and enjoy!

- 3/4 cup Rice Flour
- 1/4 cup Glutinous Rice Flour
- 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Butter or Margarine, melted
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven at 350 °F.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Prepare the liner and set on a round pie or cake pan.
- Pour the mixture on the pan and bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until set.
- To get a golden brown top, set the pan under the broiler for 3 - 5 minutes.
- Serve warm. Share and enjoy! Best paired with coffee or tsokolate.

- 3 cups medium tapioca pearls
- fruits of your choice
- 1 sachet gelatin powder
- 2 cups brown sugar (add depending on the size of the jug)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- potable water
- food coloring
- Cook the tapioca according to package instructions.
- Cook the gelatin according to package instructions. Set aside.
- Place the brown sugar in a cooking pot and caramelize using low heat.
- When the sugar starts to melt, put in water and vanilla extract. Let boil and stir until the sugar dissolves. Note: us the lowest heat possible so that the sugar will not burn.
- Turn off heat and let cool.
- In a jug, combine fruits, tapioca pearls, sliced gelatin, sugar mixture, and cold water. Stir.
- Serve cold, share and enjoy!
